How to inspect MBR membrane components?
The inspection method for MBR membrane components is as follows:
Aeration condition: Please regularly check whether the aeration air volume meets the standards, and also check whether the aeration is uniform.
Pre membrane differential pressure monitoring: Regularly monitor the changes in pre membrane differential pressure. If there is a sudden increase, there may be membrane blockage issues. Common causes may be abnormal aeration or deterioration of sludge properties. Once this situation occurs, the membrane components should be immediately subjected to appropriate chemical cleaning, and then checked for normal transmembrane pressure.
Color and odor of activated sludge: Normal activated sludge should be soil brown, solid, and odorless. When abnormal appearance and odor are observed, the values of parameters such as MLSS, dissolved oxygen, pH value, water temperature, and BOD load should be checked to ensure normal processing.
MLSs: Normal MLSS ranges from 5000 to 10000mg/L.
DO: Normal DO is 2-4mg/L or higher in MBR membrane bioreactors.
PH: The normal pH is 6-9. If the conditions are not met, please add acid or alkali to the pretreatment tank to adjust the pH value.
Water temperature: The normal water temperature is 10-40 ℃.
Liquid level: Please check if the liquid level of the MBR membrane bioreactor is within the normal range. When an abnormality occurs, please verify the automatic liquid level control system.
