Product introduction
The flexible ceramic membrane comprise PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) with its advantages of
corrosion resistance, aging resistance, low and high temperature resistance, high lubrication, and
non-viscosity at its core, supplemented with ceramic particles, additives and other auxiliary materials.
The formulation is continuously extruded and stretched using special processing technology to form a
new type of porous filtration membrane.
The flexible ceramic membrane uses the process characteristics of one-time molding to fully retain
the essential characteristics of PTFE. Combined with the innovative use in structural design, the
membrane module can maintain high-efficiency and stable operation under harsh water inflow
conditions such as strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidation, high suspended particles and high
turbidity. When the trans-membrane pressure difference increases and the efficiency decrease, the
membrane efficiency can be restored by air scrubbing, water back-washing, chemicals washing and
chemicals bubbling.
